They're running a scam. They will make you pay for 2 services when you pay for the first time. then they will spray with very weak pesticide the first time. Then when we call them for the second time they do not send anyone despite calling them repeatedly. They will stop picking up calls and replying to messages and eat up your money for the 2nd service. This has happened to me and multiple people in my building. Please do not fall for this scam.

Worst experience with this service, they don’t pick up the calls, even if they do they will say they will send someone after a week not before and then forget to send the technician. They have come 5-6 times by now over the year and still cockroaches have not gone. They have no knowledge of the inspection process, they only come and blindly spray the chemicals and leave.
