Extremely Disappointing Experience. I reached out to Sagar Packaging regarding a requirement for corrugated boxes. I sent the sizes on WhatsApp and followed up with a phone call. Instead of having a basic conversation, Mr. Akhil Khan responded rudely and abruptly hung up the call without even understanding the full requirement.
His attitude was arrogant, as if he’s the only supplier in Mumbai. Zero professionalism and absolutely no courtesy while speaking to a customer. If this is how they handle inquiries, I’d be seriously worried about their post-order service.
Definitely not recommended. I also question the credibility of the 5-star ratings. If you’re genuinely looking for a reliable vendor, skip this one and save your time.
What a great find.....with so many companies out there to choose from I was getting overwhelmed as to whom to go with. I certainly have not regretted my choice for a moment. The Custom Boxes have been fabulous throughout the entire process. Sagar packaging is osm produce heavy duty boxes . At no point did I have to repeat myself of my file & what was going on - the team knew me & instantly responded accordingly. The chat link is very helpful to quickly clarify matters. I will be placing further orders as I cannot fault this company in any way.........so refreshing to find a company .
The staff seem very experienced and are exceptional in their ability to understand the need of customer. They provide many valuable suggestions and are very friendly. The quality of material is brilliant. Contact them if u needed high quality boxes for packaging stuffs
The best!! Seriously, stop reading and order. Boxes and paper'roll are finest product, the quality and prices are excellent, and the 1-hour delivery is the cherry on top. I needed a large box and some paper'sheet, but I didn't have a large enough gap in my work schedule to pick it up myself. I was worried such a small order would be rejected, but it was no issue at all, and the courier was at my door with 45minutes! Thank you so much!
Great quality and good prices! A couple of weeks ago I bought 6 cardboard boxes, send several items to Mira road, the average weight per box was 25 kg, and they arrived at destination safely without a scratch! Furthermore, when I went to the campany the owners were extremely kind and helpful.
