After posting the below review, they finally sent a person to complete the pending sprinkler fixing work. However, the execution was extremely poor, improper, and cheap in quality. The finishing, alignment, and overall workmanship were highly unsatisfactory. Honestly, any plumber could have done a better and cleaner job than what was delivered.
The installation appeared more like a temporary adjustment rather than a proper and compliant firefighting fixing. This is not just about aesthetics — it directly concerns life safety systems. Firefighting installations must be executed with precision, correct accessories, proper fittings, and strict compliance with safety norms.
When we pointed out that the execution was unacceptable and clearly required immediate rectification, we specifically informed them that the work needed to be corrected by adding the necessary accessories and properly securing the sprinkler assembly. They assured us that they would revisit the site with the required materials and complete the rectification.
However, they did not return.
Upon reconfirming whether they would visit to complete the rectification, the response given was shockingly casual and irresponsible: “Carry on with plumber.”
This response clearly reflects a complete lack of accountability and professionalism, especially while handling critical fire safety systems. The executed work appears technically improper and may even amount to a violation of fire safety norms, which raises serious safety concerns for occupants.
Even after giving them another opportunity to correct their mistakes, the outcome remained disappointing. The pattern of behavior — taking payment, delaying work, poor execution, false commitments, and avoiding responsibility — has been consistent throughout.
If you value your time, money, project timeline, and most importantly safety compliance, please think carefully before engaging with this company.

Extremely unprofessional, unethical, and unreliable company. I strongly advise everyone not to work with them under any circumstances.
Our experience has been very disappointing and stressful. They took full payment from us but completed only half of the job and then abandoned the work midway. After that, they kept making excuses such as “we don’t have workers available” and continuously avoided taking responsibility for completing the pending work.
The proprietor, Arkam, along with the office staff and the employee Shoaib (who was my main point of contact), behaved very irresponsibly. They repeatedly gave false dates and timelines, promising that the work would be completed “tomorrow” or “next week,” but nothing ever moved forward. Eventually, they stopped answering calls and messages completely.
Because of their negligence and lack of professionalism, our project was delayed for months, causing operational issues, and unnecessary mental stress. Proper coordination, communication, and accountability were completely missing from their side.
Such conduct is highly unethical and unacceptable in any professional environment. If you value your time, money, and project schedule, please avoid working with them.
