Worst place I have ever seen, employes are very very rude, and misbehave. Hate the service.
We have Approached to Ryal Logistics Pvt. Ltd you regarding the
one consignment to be delivered at china on 4th March 2020 Ryal Logistics gave us quotation of Rs.12,500/-with 18% GST which is cost approximately for Rs.15,000/- & which has been accepted by us.
Due to the lockdown period and the said equipment was banned by the government to deliver. The delivery of consignment was not possible to be send.
On 6th of August 2020 that my we had again approached to Ryal Logistics (as government allow to deliver same products) regarding the same delivery of the previous consignment of equipment and at that time Ryal Logistics send revised quotation of the same previous consignment with unreasonable levy charges of Rs. 28,300/- with 18% of GST it costs approximately Rs. 35,000/- which is very high than the Previous quotation of the consignment.
We asked to Ryal Logistics about the said increased charges, then you have not given any proper and satisfactory reason for the said charges which are approximately for Rs. 20,000/- which is unreasonable
and a loot of us as well as unmannered business tactics in these critical days.
When we requested to Ryal Logistics in very polite manner to resolve this at that time Ryal Logistics people treat us very badly and demanded demanded 8000/- Rs plus 18% GST to handover our consignment.
As we don’t had any choice we made payment of 8000/- Rs plus 18% GST & we collected our consignment & with the help of other freight forwarding company we sent same shipment at 10000/- Rs plus 18% GST.
It was very humiliating and bad experience for us from Ryal Logistics.
