The team of Rudra is quite experienced and quick in providing solutions for any problems faced during custom procedure. Delivery is fast and thei rates are quite competitive
I imported a small crane from China weighing approximately 1600 kg. The machine price was ₹1,90,000/-.
This company is completely fraudulent. They will first give you a low quotation, but later charge you heavily under different excuses. During inspection, they claimed we had to pay bribes for customs clearance and many other things. They never informed us in advance about packaging rules or restrictions. Even after we sent them pictures of our packing, they deliberately kept quiet so that they could create problems later with the customs officer. They purposely made the consignment fail inspection and then demanded a bribe of ₹1,00,000 or more for clearance.
For clearance and inspection, they charged ₹1,20,000/-. On top of that, they raised a customs clearance bill of ₹54,000 through Rudra International.
The worst part is their handling of the consignment. After taking so much money, they literally threw the consignment in the open, left it in the rainwater, and treated it like scrap instead of storing it in a warehouse.
Because of their negligence, the brand-new crane I purchased from China has been completely damaged — 100% loss. This company is only interested in extorting money and has no regard for proper handling or service.
