Really awful responses I've been asking them price of a bottle and they still haven't told me they just tells you to wait and will get with no response! Really bad
Pathetic experience buying from them. I have bought thrice from them out of which 2 times it was not a good experience.
First, they sent the order with the wrong transport. Despite me telling them which transport to send from, they sent from some different one which was more than 1 hour away from my office.
Second time it was an absolute nightmare. They took 7 days to pack my order even though they claim they had the stock. Then I told them to send it by courier since they had taken so long to process my order. Yet they sent it by transport. I asked them for the LR number for 5-6 days and then they gave it to me. Then after so much stress when I finally got the order it had missing items. I’m trying to contact them to refund for the missing items but neither they pick up the phone nor do they respond to messages. The last time I wrote a review they requested me to take it down and I did on good faith that they will help me. But these people are not serious about their business. They say they are in this business since 15 years and yet they could not fulfil a 600 bottle order properly. What business are you doing? They claim that Mumbai rains were the reason they couldn’t open their shop. Does your phone also stop working in the rain? Do you close your entire business down because of rains? At least be available on the phone.
It is a very good shop, has good service, it is clean and they also maintain a neat and tidy place, positive vibes come as soon as one enters the shop
