Disappointing Experience with Roshan Atta, Sion
I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent online order (July 29, 2025) that still hasn't been delivered as of July 31. Despite follow-ups, I was informed that my order didn't meet the minimum purchase criteria of ₹900 (my order was ₹739).
The customer service representative, Ms. Rupali, claimed she conveyed the message about the shortfall, which is untrue. Instead of apologizing, she became defensive and stated the order wouldn't be delivered today and would arrive the day after tomorrow.
This service falls short of expectations, especially for loyal customers. The lack of transparency regarding delivery criteria on the website or online portal is concerning.
I urge Roshan Atta to review their customer service, particularly Ms. Rupali's approach. Transparency and apologies for mistakes would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction."😡🤯
It's very unfortunate to say, we bought this packet of Kulcha Mrp Rs.80/- and when we came home and opened it in evening for consumption, to our shock our hands turned black before roasting it.
Turning it was extremely shocking as it was fully covered with fungus on back side. They looked perfectly fresh on top side and fungus on other side.
Pls be careful before buying it.
