Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged ₹350 for a hair wash and ₹250 for a simple U-cut—prices kept changing from ₹550 to ₹600 without clarity. Earlier, hair wash was included in the haircut, but this time it was charged separately. This feels unfair and unprofessional. Customers should be clearly informed about pricing before the service. Would not recommend anyone
Today, I walked in this beauty Parlour, I had a nice welcome by The lady called Roma and her colleague Anita
I had a facial, really happy with the service. Felt really relaxed.

“I had a superb experience at Roma Professional Academy Parlour in Chakala. The owner (Roma )did my hair colour beautifully and also gave me very helpful hair care tips.My skin is very sensitive ,so I was hesitate to do face scrubing , but roma was so confident about her service and The face scrub service which she was given was excellent and relaxing as well. I truly felt like a VIP throughout my visit. Highly recommended!"
I had a wonderful experience at Roma’s Professional Beauty Parlour & Training Centre. The staff is highly skilled, polite, and very attentive to client needs. The services are done with great care, hygiene is well maintained, and quality products are used. I was extremely satisfied with the results, and the overall ambience is clean, calm, and welcoming.

It was already 8:30 at night and I didn’t even have an appointment, but you still came and stayed till 1 AM. I was honestly shocked to see your dedication and how passionate you are about your work.
