"This is one of the worst service centers in Mumbai. It would be better to get the work done at an authorized service center or from someone else who can do it properly. It only has a name, and that too without delivering quality service. Don't go by the name—go for top-class workmanship. A good service provider should take responsibility and pay attention if any issue arises after servicing, rather than making false excuses."
Third class service station.They give estimate Rs 6000/- when I don't tell for work they say I will do for Rs 3000.after all they make bill for Rs 3690. Without change gear oil ,engine oil .They charge service charge, gricing charge and fittings charge for new part all are different charges . When we give him our vehicle my lock and petrol cock and petrol tank cap and wiring all are in good condition but they change all items and make wrong bill.please be aware to go there.
I had a very disappointing experience at RNZ Service Center. They charged way higher than what the service was actually worth, and on top of that, the person at the reception — who is apparently the owner — was rude and unprofessional while speaking to me.
For the price they take, I expected at least respectful communication and honest service, but that was not the case. Definitely not returning here and would not recommend it to anyone.
Very much disappointed with the service of R&Z.
After servicing my bike I am facing many issues with the bike.
My bike has stopped working. I contacted R&Z the representative told me he will come to see the vehicle in one hour. But no one come to see the vehicle. Despite reaching out for help; here I am contacting to them they are not picking up the call from morning at noon 12:30 now the representative is telling me they will come after lunch.
staff are uncooperative and my issue remains unresolved. I expected a much more professional approach and prompt resolution from an authorized service centre.
Best service station for all two wheeler. Once they take bike and make it like new in working. But they charged quite high. Labour and material costs is high.
