Worst decision took to choose this rilox ev loader bike. Too many times controller nd motor issue . Company isnt fixing issues properly . They just do temporary based work nd give it back to customer charging high charges .

I this rilox manager is waiting for my becouse every time sale head miss veena jain said sir aap ka call aaya tab me boss ke sath meeting me thi, or thing this meeting is not end till my other issue coming in vehicle, not quick response and so poor service provider

Now my bike is in warranty than also they are asking money for motor ..they are telling Company as been close now we cannot do anything For you why they are selling this type of cheap vehicle to us ..now I will visit to your office tomorrow .plzzz solve it or take this vehicle to u only.very bad service &bad experience with this dealer and company both..never buy it again.

It’s been only a month all the nuts from vehicle are falling the battery indicator is not working. No update yet from company.
In one month period i had to come 4-5 times to service center.
