Don’t go there. They messed up my Kindle’s display. It had some charging point issue and I got it fixed later at Lamington Road, and now it’s working completely fine, except a certain part of its display. So, there is no use of it now.
Show your feedback. It wasn’t several months, it was just two months, that was what I said. It only had a charging point issue. I asked you to replace that charging point, but later I got it done at Lamington Road. You took two hours to say that not so cost-effective to repair it. You should know that it was just a charging point issue. Everything is working fine except for the damage you caused to the display. I should have gone to Lamington Road first, but I was misled by your fansy reviews.
On the very day, you took my Kindle and gave me an invoice when I submitted it, but later you took that back while returning my device. What’s the point of giving an invoice if you’re now trying to establish your false theory that you never even opened my Kindle?? After one and a half hours, when you called me to collect my Kindle, I had asked your employee several times where that spot on the display came from. You newbie employee said, Don’t worry, it’s nothing. But he had already damaged the display. Now don’t lie to save your image or fool others.
Guys, don’t take your Kindle there. They’ll take care of your device very badly if they see there’s nothing much they can earn from fixing it.
