Dinesh Waghela provided the service at our home in Powai today. Very efficiently done, taking care of each and every corner and area. Really appreciated.
Technicians Hansraj and Aayush were polite and professional, and they thoroughly sprayed all areas including the washing machine trolley. I kept the house closed for six hours as advised.
However, I still found live bed bugs inside and around the trolley area, which raises concerns about the effectiveness of the medicine used. The staff did their job sincerely, but the overall treatment result has not been satisfactory.
The service staff Mr. Dinesh Waghela was very well mannered and polite.
He completed the job very nicely with patience.
I am very happy with the job.
