I had an exceptional experience with Reliable Prints in Fort Mumbai.
I had several small projects I worked on for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. I worked closely with Namrata on several different solutions and she was very quick, efficient and clever to come up with various options.

I visited several times but they offered higher price for normal services, and told that we were not able to do, and we had only this option. My request was special,and they did not have ability. That's my understanding.
My experience with Relable Print Service was nothing short of a nightmare. I approached them to create professional business cards, but what I received looked shockingly cheap and unrefined—resembling flimsy garment tags rather than the polished product they promised.
The most frustrating part was their deceptive practices. They initially showed me high-quality samples to win my trust, but when I requested a sample of my design before finalizing the print, they outright refused. This lack of transparency should raise red flags for anyone considering their services. Unsurprisingly, the final product bore no resemblance to the samples they’d displayed—colors were off, the paper felt thin and scratchy, and the overall finish screamed amateur.
When I raised concerns, their customer service was dismissive and unapologetic. They offered no solution, refund, or even acknowledgment of their misleading tactics. It’s clear they prioritize taking orders over delivering on their promises.
Avoid Relable Print at all costs if you value quality, honesty, or professionalism. Save your time and money—this company cuts corners shamelessly and leaves customers stranded with subpar products. A 1-star rating feels generous for such a disheartening experience.
