Ambulance Driver. Avinash.
Paramedic. Vinay
Thank you so much premier hospital all staff and best service Driver and paramedic Vinay. My patient safely drop to Nana Nagar premier hospital thank you so much
Booking ambulance was smooth. Communication was good with Mr. Vikram, he was helpful and responsive. The ambulance arrived before time for pick up at Jupiter pune and rhd kokilaben hospital on time...but the vehicle condition was very bad. The journey was full of jerks...the shockups were really bad, not effective at all. Patient had lot of discomfort and pain due to jerks. Tanveer one of their coordinators was not ready to accept fault and was justifying unnecesarily. Would not recommend.
I took Ambulance from RED health for two days. Day one service was great. Day two was horrendous. The Ambulance did not arrive, when called got to know they had missed scheduling the ambulance. After a long altercation, the ambulance guy calls 40 mins late saying he has reached the spot. By then we had already left somehow getting my immobile mother into my car as time was critical for us. (It was like 3 idiots situation). Conveniently they shared the feedback link for Day1 but not for Day2.
the worst ambulance service ever. called red health and asked for ambulance in south mumbai area and they said they will aend it in 20 mins max. waited for half hour and called again to check what happened and the ppl on helpline were not aware of the status only????
then on insisting to connect with drive they made some ambulance service call me and tell us that ambulance is not currently available.
for them a patients condition is not important but taking details of relationship with patient and almost as good as taking a kyc kind of enquiry they didnt have the audacity to arrange for an ambulance also.
seriously helpline services like these should be banned completely from healthcare services.
I booked for my mother from Mumbai airport to my place .
The contact person shared me a picture of some nice well equipped ambulance wherein what came was unprofessional ambulance with not having the basic oxygen pipe with them .
Which was the basic necessity of the patient and was well informed while bookig the ambulance.
Thankfully the airport manger gav is the oxygen pipe .
On top of that the driver was least bother to get the pipe ,when asked why didn’t bought the pipe , he said we will buy while travellig as if it was a snack.
Worst ambulance I have ever used.
No hygiene, the ambulance is very dirty
The driver kept on closing the AC again and again and making the patient suffocating.
There was some kind of black particles felling down from roof top on the patient.
The ambulance was dirty with no sanitizer in it.
We had no choice but to travel with them as it was our need and urgency to reach home as patient was in critical state.
They charged us a hefty amount and gave us very poor service
On calling the booking person they didn’t even bothered to accept their fault and behaviour,on top of that arguing with us.
Entire trip was booked by NAVNEETHA from red health
It’s matter of someone’s life never trust red health ambulance
