It was a pleasure for having having taken the services of RBL logistics for one, they are very professional, timely cooperative, and most importantly have a terrific attitude. Your set of people did a wonderful job of helping me shift from my home and they never complained in spite of the difficulty that they had to face when transporting the goods. Mr. Raj Singh was very professional timely reasonable from the moment that we met a few days back and I’m happy to say that companies like RBL should be always given preference over other players because of their consistency and overall good attitude. I wish the team all the best.

I recently booked RBL services to transfer my 2 wheeler from Mumbai to Wardha.
They lost the key in transit and delivered my bike at 5 AM in the morning which was promised at 11 PM. Because of this odd timing delivery my father had to kept awake entire night.
Since they lost the key, I had to provision other key and send it to my father through DTDC with additional cost.
My RC is still in deckey and since new key is yet to reach I don't know if they have misplaced it also.
Really disappointed with service for which charged a hefty amount of INR 7500

Costing: costly at par with the competition
Service: Pathetic, Damaged our equipment, untrained, unprofessional, promises a lot before Sale, asks for Advance Payment (else truck won't move), not accepting their mistake as they think shifting is one-time & consumers can't take any action later (money already collected at gun-point in advance)

What happened with us during our inter-state shifting?
Promised a lot during Sale (personal visit to house) for closing deal. Showed great packaging pics (not at all real).
Packers came, hardly few of the cartons were labelled & the ones which were labelled we cannot even make-out what was kept in which cartons. No Training, just randomly packing on their own, not even listening to any inputs we had. (all of these was already discussed before closing deal & still this happened). They promised 3 layers packaging, by the end of day, they started wrapping single single layer. Packaging was hardly giving any protection.
Came-in at 10am, was supposed to be finished by 5pm, they finished by 11pm.
At the time of leaving, they asked for full payment (else truck won't move, argued & fought with us - we paid almost 90% of the amount)
It was hardly 12hrs journey, the truck guy still reached at 3pm the next day.
The other un-loading team was asked not to start loading till rest amount was fully paid. We paid.
4 people were promised, 3 came only 2 worked. They were not even told that fixing of beds & dining table was included. After hours of unloading exhaustion, we noticed the dents & all the big promises unfulfilled and when we complained, they started fighting, not accepting mistakes & avoiding/disconnecting our calls.

One of the worst experiences ever with RBL Logistics.
If you are planning to book a cargo or shipping from them, kindly reconsider or discuss every bit in detail.

Firstly, they promised a date to us and never delivered on the same despite of requesting them of the urgency and they themselves agreeing to it while shipping.
Saturday became Sunday, then Monday and eventually delivery on a Tuesday without prior information early in the morning.
There were damaged of few of the items like plastic trolley, suitcase wheels etc.
And, we got our worst nightmare when we found our new microwave oven completely broken.

Despite all this, the person wasn't even apologetic and was continuously trying to prove his point that anything could go wrong and he isn't answerable or responsible for any of it.

Once again, HIGHLY DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPPOINTED WITH THESE SERVICES..
