Worst experience ever had I have given my scooty for insurance it has become than one month but till I haven't received my scooty
Horrible service centre.
Gave my jupiter scooter for repair as met with an accident , its been more then a month having a 0 dept insurance the service centre says you have to pay first then you will get an reimbursement from Godigit insurance company. Staff is pathetic specially this insurance advisor Ashwin and his team.
They never have spare parts available.
Always over charge for free service , n does not give satisfactory results also . Doesn't follow any instructions, staff is rude sometimes, doesn't wash the vehicle properly . Disgusting always
Does not have scootar battery charging facility.Very disappointed.
Even if your scooter and battery is in warranty they charged you for charging battery.
They does not provide battery report.
When you asked them they will give you excuses that they charge battery from outside.
Charges apply 250rs to charge battery.
Only do whatever you want to do, they will by default add things you don't even need so please check that! They were offering service and teflon coating vouchers which I took but they just ended up polishing the bike with normal polish liquid. Not a good experience.
