Mr Narendra was very professional and efficient in his work. He quickly identified the issue with the water purifier and resolved it smoothly. Overall, a very helpful and courteous service experience.
Worst service ever. Technician had zero knowledge of water purifier servicing. Installed a wrong/mismatched filter which damaged the water stop valve and caused the tank to leak. On complaining, they gave useless and irresponsible answers. Finally fixed the issue through an authorized service by replacing the valve and filters. Highly unprofessional—avoid at all costs.
