Near to Kari Road Railway station,
Good for small functions.
Highly Unprofessional & Rude staff.
I want to give only 1/2 star, however we dont have option for the same.
We booked the Hall for 3rd may 2022, for my nephew's Naming ceremony, and the treatment we got by the Lady who sits at the reception was very horrible.
Booking for the hall was from 4pm -9pm, with AC, however the AC was started only by 5pm, when we insisted on. There were 4 AC's in the studio, however they started only 2 AC, and kept the temperature at 24 degrees.
When asked to reduce the temperature, the lady present at the Venue mentioned very sarcastically that it cannot go below 24 degree celsius, and their statement was extremely rude, "if we have 10 AC in the hall, we cannot start all 10 right, so we will start only 2 and not 4"Post the same they also gave us a clause that we always start the AC one hour late & switch it off 1 hour before the event gets over, and it wont go below 24 degrees.
Thus the moral of the story, they have created their own rules and conditions, after we have completed their payment and booking process. 2 tables were provided to us, but only 1 table had a frill, and the other was left uncovered and dirty, when we insisted on a Dustbin, she gave us an untidy & broken paint bucket. A plastic table provided was again dipped in paint & very untidy.
They promised to give a Helper for distribution of snacks, for whom we had to give additional charges, however the Helper never arrived, and after repeated queries on him, they told us in mid event that they have failed to arrange the same.
They had kept no board, over any indication of mentioning that there is a function going on here either. Pictures shared of the studio, and reality of the studio both differed too. Location of the studio is very unapt too, as we need to find the place, and the google map does not take you to the right place.
Overall the Studio arrangements were very bad, and the staff was extremely unprofessional, rude, arrogant & always on their phone.
The lady needs to attend training for conversing with the Guess & treating them well. Would not recommend the place to anyone.

Best place for rehearsal and small events... Rashi studio is too near by lower parel and curry road station.
One of the best studio in curry road area, hospitality wise best, management also good ... We r vary happy with service, go n visist studio ....
Its very best place for practise and rate is also to low its very best for low budgets groups.
