Dealing with the owner since last five years

We previously had a good experience with them. We overlooked the fact that we waited for someone to open although their website says the area already open. They open at 9 am and closes at 10 pm.
However, the 2nd time we went their was another story. Since we had the prior experience of them not opening on time, before leaving our hotel we called first to confirm that they are already open. Lo and behold, when we arrived they are still closed. We had to call them again and was advised that someone is coming in 10 minutes. We had to wait almost 20 minutes until my friend called them again for third time and then was informed that they will open at 4 pm.
Miscommunication, dishonesty and unprofessionalism turned the positive experience into a very disappointing one.
Will not recommend this place for your money exchange needs. Better to prepare local currency ahead or use your debit/credit cards instead when visiting the place.
I went here to exchange Canadian dollars, it was fast. At that time exchange rate was 61 and I exchanged at 62.5 which is moderate exchange rate. They give a valid bill which you can show at airport. Recommended exchange
