Most rude owner I ever seen worst shop, employees don’t corporate and started to demean me
“They talk very sweetly before selling, but after the purchase, no one even bothers to respond. I gave my under-warranty camera for service, and it took 1.5 months to get it back. Despite calling daily, I never got a responsible answer. The camera was serviced and back at their shop within 20 days, yet every time I called, I got the same response: ‘We’ll look into it tomorrow.’ Their after-sales service is absolutely terrible.”
