Went for pulsar service, walkin customers are accepted however appointment would be preferable by confirming with them a day prior.
Service centre is located opposite to Reay road railway station. Service of the bike was done in a good manner, however they took a lot of time to deliver. I went there in the morning around 10 am but they delivered me the bike at 6 pm. A full day long waiting. If you want to go, take some patience along with you.
Worst Service and very rude Staff,they don't have the manners to talk to the customer and my bike original parts were replaced with duplicate spare parts.....I got my bike in horrible condition.with other technical issues... untrained and robber mechanic are working in this service centre. Don't waste your money by visiting this service centre.
"Absolutely pathetic service! The staff here don’t care about customers at all—they are rude, unhelpful, and seem totally clueless about their own job. The bike was returned in terrible condition, with major maintenance issues left unfixed and new problems showing up immediately after the so-called ‘service’. Trying to reach customer support is exhausting because they either don’t pick up or just disconnect when you ask questions. Instead of getting your bike fixed, you’ll end up wasting hours towing it, running for repairs elsewhere, and worrying about your safety since even the brakes don’t work properly. The service center refuses to take responsibility and will never refund your deposit, no matter whose mistake it is. Stay away from this place if you value your time, money, or even your mental peace. To call this a service is a joke—'daylight robbery' is more accurate. Would give negative stars if possible. Worst experience ever
The service staff is good but the owner needs to work on his people skills.
Their waiting room for customers is rubbish. The AC is broken and it is absolutely uncomfortable to sit there while the bike is being serviced.
I have pointed this out to the owner who couldn't care less about the feedback.
Not the best place to spend 2 hours of your time.
Very bad customer service.
Issue was I went because my bike chain was loose .. I know if a customer came for service his bike it will take time.. but I went there because of chain loose they are not ready to check.. while I am waiting around after 1 hr another customer came with his bike for some other issue they have attendant his bike .. there is no time value for the customers who is waiting before.. because my issue was small for tightening the chain they cannot do high bill…
This is not first experience I came yesterday also .. same thing was happened after waiting of 1.5 hrs the mechanic cam and told me apply chain oil and run the bike and come tomorrow i will rectify it . But they did not responded till 2hr . But they can take someone dike for service who came 1hr after me
Also the service which they are doing for bike it’s not worth they have high labour charge and the quality the provide is not upto the mark
