Absolutely horrible experience. We ordered premium paper bags and faced months of delay with nothing but false promises from the owner. Once the bags were finally delivered, the quality was shockingly cheap and nowhere close to what was promised.
After that, complete silence. The owner and their team have been ignoring our calls and messages for months. This shows a total lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers.
Extremely dissatisfied, frustrated, and disappointed. Do not waste your time or money here — I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this business.
