Absolutely rude behaviour by the owner. They quote different rates at different times and there is no consistency. Although we get our work done at this shop for last many years, it was a shocking experience when one of our representatives was given a different (& much higher rate than what was quoted to another representative yesterday). Must be very careful in dealing with such shops where owners are indifferent and unconcerned about customers.
I am getting my work done from this shop since last 25 to 28 years now..It was started By Mr.Dhanji Gada..Rahul Xerox was the only shop in the whole South Mumbai to give best Xerox & Photo Copy..I am regularly getting all my work done here n I must say that even after Mr.Dhanji Gada is no more..His wife Bhavna Gada has continued to run the shop in the same way with full honor & energy to make it what it has achieved..Infact the quality have improved day by day with upcoming technologies they update in their machines..I am a proud customer of Rahul Xerox getting my work done with his daughter Pooja & son Rahul currently and I must say that they a doing a fabulous work..
I usually don't write reviews but this shop has best n professional service..i had forgotten my very important documents in their shop by mistake n realised it after 20 days when I went to lawyer I rushed to their shop to ask ...Their staff was very responsible that they had kept it very safely n packed in an envelope with date so when I reached at their shop they asked me which date I had come to their shop n they gave me my documents...very impressed by the service...good job pooja madam
If you visit this place u will find quality work and professional staff.I must tell that Rahul Xerox has superb services to offer.. As customers we are not aware of certain technicality preferable of size, colour or Material but Pooja makes sure that customer gets the appropriate service.

Pooja is very calm on understanding customer requirements.... When I went to the shop I din't know what size I wanted or which material I want to get things printed as it was our 1st experience... But to work with pooja n rahul xerox was the best reference I got from my friend.... I highly recommend to go at Rahul & Co to get best printing services..
