Highly Unprofessional and Dishonest Service
I ordered a black PVC sunboard, but they delivered a white board. Despite it being completely their mistake, the owner, Mr. Raju, behaved arrogantly and spoke disrespectfully.
They took back the wrong board but unfairly charged me ₹1,500 as vehicle/visit charges for their own error. Even after promising to return the remaining amount, they delayed the refund and forced me to make repeated follow-up calls, causing unnecessary stress and harassment.
Customers are advised to stay away. This place lacks professionalism, accountability, and basic customer respect. Be prepared for unfair charges and irresponsible behavior.
To post this review, I am required to give at least one star — however, in my honest opinion, this business does not even deserve that.
Do NOT make any advance payment to this person.
Once the payment is done, he acts arbitrarily and sends wrong products. Getting your money back becomes difficult.

Schedule , no schedule of visits. Did 15 follow ups and then owner is shouting like he owns the most exclusive outlet. Avoid such places. Be ready to be scammed in the name of visit charge
