Got the best price, and the people at the office give me few good advice and helped me decide which currency would be better for the trip
I had a very disappointing experience with Pushpam Forex Exchange.
Over the phone, I was quoted a rate of 93.40. Within an hour, I visited their shop and the rate had increased to 93.70. I understand that forex rates fluctuate with the market, so that part is completely fair.
However, what was unacceptable was the behavior of the staff. When I politely asked if they could offer a slightly better rate, they responded very rudely and arrogantly. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they asked me to leave the shop and engaged in an unpleasant exchange of words.
As a customer, you expect basic courtesy and respect. If a better rate is not possible, that is completely understandable, but speaking rudely and telling customers to get out is not acceptable.
Would not recommend based on this experience.
