Bad after sales support. I purchased a 3d printer from them through their Amazon shop in October and the LCD Screen failed just after 2 months. On speaking to a representative they said that they do not honour any warranty claims from Amazon and also mentioned that they only give a months warranty on the printer when purchased directly through them.
Be aware if you are potential buyer as this information is not publicly disclosed .
