We have had a very satisfying experience when we purchased a flat in Palm court through Lucky Associates, in which Savitaji handled the whole process of the transaction associated with the flat , with Sanjivji. I have recently rented a flat at Malad West Plam court society through Property Lucky Associates and the person in charge was Savita. I must have done some good deeds to having found Savita. It’s not fair to call her a broker, she way beyond a broker. Savita’s extremely professional yet human in her conduct. I had a great experience where everything was done smoothly like a dream. Seeing flats, finalising one and all the paper work, formalities was a cake walk through Savita. She is a professional who balances & understand owner & tenant needs. She usually gives a week’s time after shifting to check if everything is in working condition and addresses those issues and gets it fixed immediately.
