I have been working with Harshil of Proinnovate since 2021. There has been a lot of learning & growing in this entrepreneurial journey of 3 years. There is a wealth of knowledge that has been passed on to empower me to build the business of my dreams. He has coached me to trust the process & have faith in my abilities. He has held space for me to adapt to a new mindset & has been a patient business coach all along, leading me in the right direction all along. With the consistent work put in over the last three years, I’m excited for all that is to come. Finally, I have enjoyed the process & evolved tremendously. It has been such a privilege to work Harshil.
We have been working with Proinnovate as a design partner for over 3 years now. It has indeed been a great journey collaborating with Harshil and his team. The team has great work ethics and has always been supportive and encouraging throughout each project that we have worked on together. There is immense transparency and clear communication while we discuss projects or even during feedback sessions. Harshil always makes sure to bring all the stakeholders of every project together on the same page despite of all the difference in opinions and perspectives, which is commendable and such a boon! Working at proinnovate was an amazing experience😊. Harshil was a great motivation and a problem solver✌️. Harshil has his experties in catering to every problem with a progressive perspective and coming up with a power pack solution with ultimate brainstorming. I had flexible working hours and a great support which helped me manage my studies we'll and go on with the work. 💡The way Proinnovate and Harshil work with their clients has really inspired me with a need for quality and attention to detail.
One of my major learnings while working at Proinnovate was unlearning. As a design intern at Proinnovate, we focused on designing projects that added value to its user.
Harshil is an excellent mentor who made sure my internship is a valuable experience that I can hold for years to come.
Working with Proinnovate is an amazing learning experience. I learned how to market myself, how to price my services correctly, and most of all how to think of my business and how to grow it in a sustainable manner.
Harshil's goal as a consultant is not to do the work for you, but he focuses on teaching you how to think and work for yourself - to ensure that you LEARN what you need to learn in order to not require his services anymore! I think that's amazing and rare.
