Worst ever experience you pay 50 % advance and they commit 1.5 hours to get it ready for dispatch, you keep asking calling for 3.5 hours and they give u lame excuse that it's in Process.
Then when u reach out to manager he has seprate arrogance and manipulation of shouting on Ms. Akansha that she should have informed rather than really taking responsibility of wasting whole day .
Also without any shame offering to send it next day whereas u were u needed it today and we're ready to get special vehicle for only bed.
Cherry on top Manager tries to hint that its 44 year old company and such lapses can be neglected and he has to hear only because Ms. Akanksha didn't communicate. No where it is that manufacturing lapses happened and they don't have other alternative and neither are they taking any steps to to cover up .
Above all they have attitude of saying they would not sale because I pinpointed there processes lapses and when I ask my refund now RN there attitude now is gone of refunding now they want time tommorrow for refund.
When you can give ur client rude behaviour of cancelling the commitment have attitude in ur action of refund amount at same time na .
As an originally german national living in India, I needed to purchase a 3F automatic ICU bed. I was lucky to select Procare in Pimpri-Chinchwad. The Manager Mr. Hemant guided me through the technicalities of the bed and I bought it for our patient. The communication was easy, clear and the process of delivery was very smooth. Happy to have this address for any future purchases.
The hospital furniture of company is outstanding . The products are durable ergonomically designed and ensure maximum comfort for patients . The beds,chair , trolleys ect are easy to handle , safe and meet all medical standards . The staffs are very good.
I ordered a large ICU bed ~ 66K Rupees but was delivered a bed with completely wrong dimensions. When I reported the issue, the staff (Hemant and Jafar) refused to exchange it unless I paid to send the incorrect bed back at my own cost – despite the mistake being entirely theirs. I even offered to show them live video measurements as proof, but they declined and would not provide the contact number of the person responsible. This lack of accountability, poor communication, and unwillingness to fix their error is unacceptable. If you value honesty and professional service, avoid this supplier.
I recently bought a Electric Examination Table since I suffered from multiple slip discs and my physiotherapist asked me not bend while examining patients. I found Procare by searching online. I connected with Yunus and he has been very helpful in guiding through their options.
I received the examination table yesterday and have been using it through the days. It has made my life easy and my bending has reduced.
