Making Printing job work orders. We faces problem getting a login in their website and during my visit Dinesh Kadam bhai created our login for us. Friendly person
Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible service. I placed an urgent order and committed to my client based on Printhub’s confirmation. Despite this, I had to follow up daily as there were no proactive updates from their side.
Kadam from Printhub showed poor customer service and even questioned why I was calling repeatedly, despite the fact that I was not receiving any status updates while my client was following up with me.
I later spoke to Dinesh, who confirmed that my order was in the cutting stage and would be delivered to the Dombivli pickup location on 6th February. However, when there was still no update, I called again only to be informed that the team had gone for a picnic and there was no one available in the office to provide any update on my urgent order.
This lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially for time-sensitive commitments. I request the owner, Abhishek, to take note of this and ensure that commitments are either honoured or not made in the first place.

Good to Work with them. Polite to talk in English, rather I doesn't know Hindi to converse with them, they are helpful in taking orders and timely delivering. It will be very appreciated if the Production is fast than this.
Worst service of quality. Wast of money. Not provide the sample. His staff/employee are good no doubt. Paper quality is also good but as compared to actual matter of design(soft copy) and output(hard copy - business card) both are totally different. I pay 1,500/- for 1000 business card. But when reached at print hub office to collect business card. Have see the huge difference. Actually wast of money. Meaning less service.
