I had a very bad experience with this printing service. Mistakes can happen — that’s understandable. But what truly disappointed me was how the situation was handled.
Instead of accepting their error and resolving it professionally, the owner (Mr. Jagdish Furia) was rude and disrespectful. The conversation escalated unnecessarily, and there was absolutely no accountability or basic courtesy shown.
Customer service is not just about delivering prints — it’s about how you treat people when something goes wrong.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.
Their services are pathetic and third-class. The owner is very arrogant and rude.They are not providing proper service and treating customers like thrash.They don’t know how to talk to their customers.
Pathetic service. I received a broken product and when I told them about it they had the nerve to tell me that I must've done it. I've been a regular customer and hence trusted their service, but I got this arrogant behaviour in return. Would definitely rethink about getting work done from this shop again.
Had ordered a mug from this print shop and they gave me a broken mug and then blamed me over the call stating you must be careless and you must have broken the mug on your way. And print quality sucks to the core. And no decency in any men working there . I will rather travel to station for print and other works rather than this print shop.
Pathetic people and no work ethics
Very very arrogant and spoiled the print in that arrogance and not skilled. They just don't want to do listen to anybody and are irritated if you try to tell them what kind of print you require. Very very bad experience ! I was a regular customer but now they have reduced their standards of printing. Not worth ! Try somewhere else where people are ready to give you what you ask. Architects and designers kindly avoid
