I went to this shop at around 8:15 in the evening to buy a urgent basket for my new purchased cat and the way the shopkeeper spoke with my mom was so disrespectful. He was thinking that we are asking it for free no buddy we were ready to throw that money on your face the shopkeeper literally yelled at us and said get out of my shop I wish I could have the cctv recording as a proof and sue this shopkeeper for his misconduct.
Very unprofessional and rude owner.Zero Customer Care...People should avoid visiting this shop if they don't want to spoil their mood.He refused to entertain us saying bhai humare pass staff nai h.
Very rude persons no proper management the themselves don’t know where wat is kept totall waste off money n rude owner never visit dis shop no manners to talk to girls.

Very good place for your plastic requirements. Been there for last 40 yrs. Close to CST and Masjid stations. Rates are reasonable, quality is good. The only drawback is if you need 3/4 different items and happen to go there at their rush hour then you may have to spend a lot of time getting your things.
