Pathetic customer service!

Even after 3 days of placing the order there was no update or mail. Upon calling them, a lady asked me to pay extra delivery fee (not listed on their Web). I had agreed for the same and they eventually shipped using XpressBees. I was told that this is the only courier they seem to work with

Even after 12 days, I never received the order! I followed up with them saying that the order is stuck with the courier. I literally got no response through WhatsApp or Mail. Whenever I call them, they say "We will check and call back". Now the status is marked as "Return to Origin"

Their service levels are appalling. I would avoid any purchase from them in the future and STRICTLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

They have very pathetic delivery service.
My location is Pune, Mumbai to Pune courier delivery takes maximum 2 day's time.

I ordered material on 18th August today is 29th August but still not received order.
So think how bad it is, and the courier company don't have any contact number so you can not do anything. They don't have seriousness of customers need.
