This money exchange makes you feel so comfortable to exchange any amount of currency, Roshan is always so helpful and my boyfriend, his family and I come here every time we are in Mumbai to exchange cash because he is so trustworthy and gives very fair rates.
In addition it is a very classy place with a safe and elegant vibe inside.
Genuinely we’ve been coming here for years and will continue for years to come.

Horrible speaking manners!!!
I called the shop to enquire if they exchange forex coins. The man is asking me to bring the coins to the shop so he can tell me (after making this statement he rushes to keep the call) — this information for me as a customer is absolutely useless cause l called to at the shop to make sure you can in-fact help!
I continued to enquire so the man says normally they don’t accept coins but will make an exception based on the coins! (What the hell does that even mean??? The look of the coin? The denominator of the coin?? What??) — again the point of calling this shop was useless.
I enquired further what make of what about the coin makes it acceptable for exchange?? The man says, that he can’t explain it all to me over call, if I can make the trip physically to him then good or else okay and immediately hangs up!!!

The money exchange place and people are very nice and helpful. I ordered a fairly large amount of japanese yen and was told that only 10000 notes were available which i slightly reluctantly agreed to accept. What i wasnt told was that these were mostly old notes which are legal tender but not accepted by any machines or counters. This caused lots of problems and embarrasement; something we could do without. I used this place as i wanted to try a different money changer as he gave a slightly better rate. I will not be using this place again.
