Horrible service.
Mr Prashant answered my call with such rude tone.
Telling me there are 4000 other customers trying to imply I am not valuable to them. Someone should really look into this.
Very Bad customer service never picks the calls nor reply to the complaints once u buy anything from them ur stuck and they will then send amateur technician who cant resolve ur issues and then ask for visit charges. Pathetic service pls dnt buy anything from them and get stuck
Fraud Alert – Selling Used Products as New
I ordered a Panasonic EPABX system from this seller who claimed it was an imported, brand-new piece from Vietnam with a one-year warranty. Panasonic has officially shut down EPABX services in India, yet they insisted they had fresh stock.
Despite assurances of same-day dispatch, the product was shipped four days later. On receipt, it was clearly a used unit — the box had visible wear marks, the motherboard was scribbled with black marker, and the system was configured only for 8 extensions instead of the 24 extensions I had specifically ordered.
I shared proof videos with Mr. Manoj and Mr. Ali, but their only response was: "It has warranty."
So just because there's a warranty, you're allowed to sell used, tampered products as new?
On top of that, they are aggressively chasing me for freight charges, which I have refused to pay — and rightfully so. The product is not what was promised; it is used, downgraded, and misrepresented.
This is blatant fraud. Be cautious and avoid dealing with such unethical sellers.
1) He never will update that AMC is over.
2) Renewal quote/intimation will not be received.
3) When you call to update that Camera was non functional.. neither will you be informed that AMC is over and 600 will be visiting charge
4) No challan or receipt given for visiting charge of 600
ZERO post sales service, try and avoid.
They did Video Door Bell with IP setup at my place and work was really good quality.
The rates are also reasonable and Technicians are well skilled.
