I had a terrible experience with Poonam Corporation. Despite their claims of being one of the largest corporate gifting companies in India, their service was highly disappointing. They made false commitments, and even after taking full payment, they failed to deliver the product.
To make matters worse, their team was completely unresponsive, ignoring follow-ups and providing no clarity or updates on the order. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from a company claiming over 5000+ B2B customers and a 28-year legacy.
Their lack of accountability and poor customer service make them untrustworthy. I strongly advise against dealing with Poonam Corporation if you're looking for reliability and professionalism. Very bad service overall!
worst company ever. Owner has too much attitude after placing the order and taking money they said products is not available and after that they talked with you rudely as they don't care about customer. They don't have a any products in stock. They are selling dead stock only. Don't trust on this company, you are wasting your time here. Find some good gifting supplier, who are working delicately to give best solution. Worst experience ever. No professionalism, no service while taking order as well, what you will expect after sales.
