Rajan and his team were outstanding during our tyre service yesterday. He connected with us, blending technical expertise with genuine respect. His approach is proof that a business can, and should, prioritize ethical client relations to secure long-term profit.
Regrettably, the experience with the other gentleman at the counter was sharply dismissive. His refusal to even make eye contact made us feel entirely unwelcome. It was a reminder of how easily a business's goodwill can be destroyed by a simple lack of courtesy. If not for Mr. Rajan, we would have simply walked away.
Conclusion: Go, but for a positive experience, ask for Rajan. He understands that respect isn't just a courtesy—it's good business.
Writing this review after nearly 15 months. I had put 4 Bridgestone tyres for my Creta.
Everything was fine and as per the reviews I had seen online. Only issue was, they reused couple of old valves saying those were good and changed 2 other valves.
I was all set for a 1.6k km journey to Kerala in 4 days. When I took the car out from parking, it already had a flat due to a broken valve. Early morning at 4 a.m., without realizing, I drove for hardly 10 metres which was enough to create 7 punctures at the inside.
Not elaborating on the nightmare I had to go through to get it fixed enroute.
Now, after a year, a couple of punctures have resurfaced. Looks like I will need to replace that tyre now.
