I am happy to give this review only due to Dhanesh.
I was looking for a good term policy and luckily I had been contacted by this nice and polite guy Dhanesh in the month of March. Initially I was not willing to listen to him due to my bad experience with other callers from different brokers but Dhanesh's approach was very pleasing. I informed him that I was planning to take the policy in the month of May. I told him to contact me in the first week of May. I did not expect that he would contact me.
He surprised me in the first week of may by calling me. That was very impressive.
Not only that, he spent good enough time to find the best suited policy for me based on my budget and my expectations. He walked me through filling up the online application and making the payment online. He literally hand held me and clarified all my doubts and finally it was done.
Whenever I asked to call me back at a certain time, he never missed it.
This guy Dhanesh not only has a very good subject knowledge but he also has a very excellent customer centric attitude.
He deserves an appreciation. If at all I need to take any policy in the future, I first call up Dhanesh. I also recommend my friends a\nd family members to contract Dhanesh for ant term policy related information.

The agent i was assigned to was simply excellent. In what seemed a very complicated NCB transfer process he was throughout polite and courteous and on the job. Very good followups and communication. By the end of it i was willing to buy the policy and ditch any offline agent just due to excellent customer service. Definitely recommended.

I am really surprised and happy with the quality of service and also the level of commitment shown by the reps of the company. I wanted a policy which suited well for my newly bought second hand car. The rep Venkatesh helped me so well in spite of me pushing him off for couple of weeks delaying him to process my request.
