I had a great experience at phoenix technologies. Got the best prices and a good guidance from the people that work here. They reached out and helped alot to get the components which are hard to get. The pc build was smooth and the engineer checked if everything works fine, downloaded everything needed to get this build ready to use. They assemble PC's and do them very well with care for cable management and other etiquettes.
Not only a pc parts but computer peripherals with absolute honesty.

I got from phoenix this week , October 2025.
I had a great exeperience with Phoenix NX, Danish and others in the store helped me out with my picks. I had done a lot of research to begin with and had a decent idea about potential scams that can happen in Lamington road but these guys were extremely genuine and patient allowing me to choose what's best for me.
They managed to arrange all the parts I wanted pretty quick and were responsive on whatsapp whenever i had questions. The prices were competitive (def better than what you get online) and the parts were good quality, solid packaging.
PS, i built the pc myself at home and it was a first time experience so my cabinet's wire management is a bit off, they would do a better job building it for you at the store
