UPDATE - after inspecting the rest of the packet, turns out THREE things sharp bones not just 1!!!
I was holding back from leaving a public review for a while but this is the last straw. Despite giving clear instructions for only boneless shredded chicken for my pug, there were several documented instances where the staff was not briefed and they sent huge chunks he could not eat. They started improving but today they sent a packet with a thin sharp bone that could have proven fatal for my dog had I not seen it and removed it. When I informed them of this their response was just a facepalm emoji. Ridiculous. Please triple check food you order from here to avoid any choking hazard for your puppy.
The kindest and most genuine people running an ethical business to help feed our community animals. I was out of town for 10 days and even though my location was too inside for their regular deliveries, they made exceptions and delivered food daily for my community dog for a nominal delivery charge. The quality and quantity is great. 10/10 recommend.
I was a bit hesitant to try this pet tiffin service at first, but I'm so glad I did. The food is clearly made with high-quality ingredients, and my dog absolutely loves it.
The portions are also very generous, so I know my dog is getting all the nutrients she needs.

I have been using their services to feed indies at Malad station for the past 3-4 years. Their service is excellent with reasonable prices. They are also very easily approachable and provide solutions for any issue. I highly recommend this business if you're looking for fresh food for your animal companion!
