This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. The delays were endless, and the lack of communication was beyond infuriating. I was constantly lied to about the status of my order, It feels like they have zero interest in their customers once they get your money. If you enjoy being ignored, misled, and endlessly frustrated, this company is perfect for you. Otherwise, stay far away. I regret ever dealing with them.
This company is an absolute disaster. My order took over a month to arrive, and the level of incompetence I experienced was unreal. I was constantly fed empty promises and blatant lies about when my order would be shipped. Communication is nonexistent — once they have your money, they couldn't care less about you. The entire experience has been a nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this company at all costs. I seriously regret ever trusting them with my order.
Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. My order took more than a month, and the entire experience was a nightmare. The constant delays, lies, and complete lack of responsibility were shocking. The salesperson kept blaming the production team, passing the buck instead of fixing the issue. It’s clear they have no respect for their customers’ time or trust. If you want to deal with incompetence, endless excuses, and infuriating delays, go ahead. Otherwise, steer clear of this disaster of a company. I regret ever wasting my time and money here.
