My experience with Pepperfry at the Pepperfry Studio store has been one of the worst shopping experiences of my life.
My order is already delayed by more than 10 days, and despite repeated follow-ups, the staff has taken absolutely no ownership or responsibility for resolving the issue. There has been zero accountability, zero proactive communication, and absolutely no effort to help the customer.
The staff here is perhaps the most unhelpful and indifferent team I have ever dealt with. Every interaction feels like the customer is being ignored rather than assisted. Once they have your payment, they simply stop caring.
I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from Pepperfry. There are far better furniture and home stores in India that actually value their customers and deliver on their commitments.
Genuinely shocked that a brand of this scale can operate with such poor service standards. Shameful experience overall. Easily one of the most disappointing brands I have dealt with in India.
They may as well change their profession to robbers or thieves, as they are no better than them
I bought all major furniture for a four bedroom hall flat in Pune. Although our flat is in Pune and the due dates for delivery in some cases was Jan first week, the store executive Niranjan took initiative to ensure deliver of all items in December. Today is 21st December, I will post an update on 31st December. Thank you Niranjan
Update on 29th Dec: Two of my orders came with completely wrong colors which will not fit in with the decor unless I repaint the room! Velvet Lounge Chairs that I got were different. Similarly, Chaise Lounger in Wine red color that I ordered had a different color.
I still have faith on Niranjan. He is trying to move heaven and hell to correct this error. Will keep you posted. Reducing my stars to 4.
Today is 14th Feb 26. The side table handles were of extremely poor quality. One broke. The chaise lounger with right colour was never delivered.
Reducing my rating to 3.
Overall: Good price and helpful sales person. Delivery and product quality is bad.
5th Feb- Given up. The sales person now refuses to take my call! Revising my rating to 1. Avoid if you can.

I had a great experience of buying product from pepperfry. The best thing is they have a great options not only in fabric but even in sizes like coffee tables, sofa cum bed, sofa seaters.
Recently I purchased sofa cum bed and the quality and fabric is just awesome and even price.. The sales person guided me so well that I was able to correct decision. Thank you Pepperfry.
