Returns not accepted under any circumstances be it next day due its sub par quality SDS screws even if it is being returned intact and as it is. They will try to find one excuse and pretend return is hence not acceptable. Deal cautiously with them as the owner is one kind man who thinks once payment is given, problem in their goods is alien to them and we are simply wasting thier time.
True its cheap but very poor quality , and no service / listening after buying.
So be careful before buy from Pentagon or Sim Trading.
Not recommended highly
Customer service experience is really bad. The only prompt service is when you place an enquiry. Proforma will be sent within 5 minutes and once payment is done then despatch and communication will take forever. Nobody is bothered after the sales is done.
I have called several times no response.
We are taking material is SDS 7*16.
Each qty box is 1500(chargble price)
We received qty is 1430 or 1440.
I have complint 2 times .
In last 4 months.
No one can't give response.
Every time they are cheating.
All people not willing this box packing qty.
I regularly buy from them since 2010, their quality ,price and service is best in the industry. Our person visits their shop to collect goods , they deliver on time. Their one India , one price policy is the best, we can place order tension free.
