I had the pleasure of interacting with Mangesh while trying to switch my home loan. The best thing about Peaceful loans is that they tell you the dirty details hidden in home loan terms that no other agent will tell you. For eg, Canara Bank has a clause that the interest rate will be reviewed every 3 years. I was talking to Canara even before I spoke to Mangesh but nobody mentioned this to me.

Mangesh takes the time to understand your requirements in-depth before suggesting any bank. They don't want to just push you a loan and gain commission. They care about their customers and be upfront about pros and cons of each bank.

I had started my process with Canara before I met Mangesh so unfortunately he couldn't complete it for me but he still took the time to review my loan documents and helped me with valuable advice. Pure selfless act for educating customers to make a better choice.

10/10 would definitely recommend these guys in case you're looking for loans or balance transfer on existing loans.

I had a very good experience working with Mangesh and his team at Peaceful Loans. I got engaged in their process while I was looking to finalize a banking partner for a property I had recently bought. As a first-time buyer, comparing different options, interest rates, and the hidden subtext and clauses was a bit overwhelming at first, but Mangesh and his team explained the trade-offs very well. I was able to figure out that going with a government bank, in my case, was a very fruitful deal since I was taking a larger loan amount and the flexibility to repay as my income grows was more important than a one or two percentage difference here and there, while still getting a very decent LTV.

During the documentation process, Mangesh and his team were constantly coordinating between me and the bankers, so I never really had to worry too much about the subtext and clauses within the documentation. Everything was explained to me in a very easy manner, and the coordination with the bank, especially with the government bank, which is traditionally a little slow to operate was handled very smoothly. On the day of the loan agreement signature, I stayed in touch with Mangesh for last-minute confusions, and he also helped me visualize how the loan will be structured, the expected EMI, and the best paths forward to strategize my repayment plan. Overall, the home loan buying experience was very peaceful, and I’ll continue to utilize the team’s help, especially until we get possession.a
