Prices are revised and reasonable, but still waiting is there so go with some time in hand
Very quick and fast printing and cutting, original time expected was 1 hr but they gave it to me in 25 mins only. Very good quality too. Thank you!!!
Place was good earlier but prices have been raised even before pandemic. I used to get bulk printing done here. I discovered other printing houses giving same quality at 40% cheaper rates. My advise to them is to keep the prices reasonable else they will lose customers.
Horrible experience today. I had asked to make a smart card and paid full money. i was asked to come after 24 hours. i went to collect after 30 hours but it was not ready and the staff was extremely rude. They asked to come later. When i said it was not possible, one staff asked to me take the money back. When I asked them to give the phone number of the owner, they denied it.
After I started arguing and a few people gathered, one lady came up from inside and said she will get it done in 15 minutes. And lo behold! they did it in 15 minutes. So what was the attitude earlier all about?
I will never use their services again.
This place used to be the best print shop in the area but lately it's been consistently more expensive than many better competitive places in recent years. Terrible customer service too. Everyone has an inflated ego for some reason. Earlier they used to work with you and consult with the designer to achieve their expected output. Now they just talk rude and give you a terrible output even after specifically requesting a specific type of finish. And charge you a bomb for it too. They used to be my go to place as a budding designer in school for all my print needs. Super disappointed :(
