Worst Service Ever – Completely Irresponsible and Untrustworthy
Patel Auto Service is the worst garage I have ever dealt with. I gave my car to them for starter and alternator repairs, and they claimed all components were replaced. Shockingly, both failed again within just 2–3 days, which clearly proves their incompetence and fake workmanship.
When I reported the issue, they kept my car for two more days and during that time they damaged the underside of my car while lifting it. They hid this damage and did not inform me at all. I noticed it myself later. When confronted, instead of properly repairing it, they did a cheap cover-up job, just trying to hide the dents rather than fixing the damage.
This garage shows zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers’ cars. They will damage your vehicle, lie about it, and then do patch-up work to escape responsibility.
Extremely pathetic service. Totally unreliable people.
Never ever give your car to Patel Auto Service if you value your money or love your car.
Shockingly incompetent. I don't think they know the difference between a screwdriver and a wrench. My car came back with new rattles and the bumper isn't even fitted properly. They damaged my car and then denied it. Zero stars.
