I purchased a 5 HP Air Compressor from Parda Machinery Corporation, Bhendi Bazar, Mumbai just 15 days ago. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
The compressor has turned out to be of very poor quality. Within a short period of use, issues started occurring. At the time of purchase, I was clearly informed that the product comes with a one-year warranty covering all parts.
However, when I approached them regarding the problem, they refused to provide proper service support. They are now asking me to send the compressor to Rajkot for repair at my own cost, and they are not accepting responsibility under warranty.
This is not acceptable, especially when warranty terms were clearly promised at the time of sale. I feel misled and disappointed with both the product quality and after-sales service.
