However, there was some confusion regarding the tracking number. It took longer than expected to receive it, and I was repeatedly told it would be sent “tonight,” which did not happen promptly. I only received proper assistance after following up firmly.
Despite this issue with communication, the service itself proved to be trustworthy, and the parcel was delivered within the expected timeframe. With clearer and more timely customer support, the experience would have been excellent from start to finish.

I used this delivery service to ship three packages from different parts of India to Germany and the experience couldn’t have been better. They arranged smooth pick-ups from each location and brought everything to their main station in Mumbai, where they carefully checked and repacked my parcels to ensure everything met international shipping requirements.
What really impressed me was their attention to detail and communication- they checked every item to make sure there would be no customs issues and promptly informed me about one item (a piece of sandalwood) that couldn’t be shipped, which they sent back to me. That saved me a lot of time and effort, as it would have been really draining to have to drive to customs to let them
look through my packeage and in best case drag it home myself or not receive my package at all- as they are very strict about these things internationally.
Everything was beautifully and securely packed and all parcels arrived within a week in perfect condition. I’m genuinely so happy with their service! Professional, trustworthy and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone sending parcels abroad.
