Extremely Disappointed with Packaging & Service
It's been 20 days since I'm messaging them to resolve the issue but they are so arrogant.
I recently ordered a hamper box from Paramount Packing and had a very disappointing experience. The product was not packed properly at all. They just wrapped it in a polythene bag and sent it through a courier without any cardboard box or protective packaging.
As expected, the box arrived damaged and crushed.
I even shared the opening video and photos of the damaged product, but instead of accepting responsibility, they blamed the courier company. If they had packed the item securely in a proper box, this damage could have been easily avoided.
This clearly shows negligence and lack of professionalism on their side.
Extremely dissatisfied with both the packaging quality and their response.
Would not recommend ordering fragile or premium items from them.
