I visited this establishment yesterday. 🛍️

While their primary focus is stationery, they also offer items such as water bottles and tiffin boxes. 🖊️

The prices are fixed, and they prefer cash for minor transactions. 💵

A convenient spot for various needs. 👍

Unprofessional and arrogant.
Instead of handling a simple change in requirement with basic courtesy, the staff chose to be dismissive and argumentative. Wasting 20 minutes for a tiny purchase reflects poor management, not the customer’s fault.
The owner’s response here says it all — defensive, patronising, and unwilling to accept responsibility. A business that truly values its reputation doesn’t need to lecture customers in reviews.
With so many negative reviews already, this behaviour clearly isn’t a one-off. Respect and transparency are seriously lacking.
Not recommended.

We had the same experience. The owner was extremely rude and uncooperative, and the service provided by the shop was unsatisfactory.

Visited this shop with my family friends and had a very unpleasant experience. Even though the shop was empty when we entered, the owner/staff behaved rudely, asking some of us to step outside because we were “too many people.” This was completely disrespectful and unprofessional.
We intended to buy items worth ₹200–₹250, but the behavior made us uncomfortable. On top of that, we were misled about pricing — a bottle quoted at ₹220 was later billed at ₹300, which felt dishonest.
Overall, not customer-friendly and follows unfair pricing practices. Please be cautious before shopping here.

Please search for something nice rather than entering this shop. I respect for the ones selling goods on streets.
